Ksenia, a Sr. Software Engineering Group Director at Cadence, leads the development of automated design solutions for Advanced Packaging and PCB. Ksenia has an MS in Physics from Saint Petersburg State University, Russia, and an MS in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
In her 25+ years in EDA, she had led R&D teams in physical design and 3DIC solutions, physical verification, and physical design planning across different organizations.
